THE EDGE improv

AL FRESCO

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND @ 5:30 PM

The EDGE Improv's riotous antics have inspired rave reviews from shrewd onlookers since the dawn of time. The troupe performs to sell-out crowds regularly at BPA where their shenanigans have earned a devoted community of followers seeking respite from life’s wearisome details. For nearly a quarter century, The EDGE Improv has ingeniously improvised facts of all persuasion. Their promise of "imagination on demand" routinely relies on audience suggestions.

No tickets or reservations required, so be sure to arrive early to claim your socially-distanced patch of grass as space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please bring a blanket or chairs; a limited number of folding chairs will be available for those who need special assistance. Events will take place outdoors on the grass and patio area directly in front of the entrance to BPA at 200 Madison Ave N.

Grab a bite to-go from one of Winslow’s fantastic restaurants or pack a picnic for a little outdoor dinner theatre - sorry, no alcohol permitted on site.

Masks are required indoors at BPA.

Featuring a special opening performance from
Rye & Barley

BPA friends Todd Erler and Bob Nash are Rye & Barley, a North Kitsap folk duo with a Celtic bent. Rye & Barley has been playing upbeat Irish and Scottish Pub tunes around Kitsap and slightly beyond for about 10 years. As brothers from other mothers, the duo’s personalities, politics, and life paths are very different, but they remain cemented together by their love of music, a good Irish whiskey, and fishing. They have been known to turn any venue or event into an Irish pub in a matter of minutes, regaling any crowd with the stories and histories of their deep list of traditional tunes. They love songs about drinking, sailing, drinking and sailing, sailing while drinking, love both requited and unrequited, murder, and good old-fashioned Irish rebel tunes. You can find them on Spotify or Facebook as “Rye and Barley.”
