BPA Chamber Series: Atmospheres & Carnivals

BPA’s Chamber Series concludes June 12 with a lively afternoon program featuring Erik Satie’s Gymnopedies 1-3 (with a new orchestration), Franz Liszt’s Nuages Gris and Die Trauergondel (both with new orchestrations), Camille Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals, and an opera aria, to be announced. Featured musicians include Jonathan Graber and Larry Telles (violin), Jenny Weaver (viola), Arlayne Eseman (cello), Elizabeth Faye and Josh Anderson (piano), Van Pham (woodwinds), Jon Brenner (bass), and Meg Daly (vocals).
Join us for an enticing afternoon of Chamber Music Sunday, June 12 at 3:00 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, students, youth, military, and teachers. Each youth receives free admission when accompanied by a paying adult. Tickets may be purchased online at www.bainbridgeperformingarts.org, by phone at 206.842.8569 or in person at BPA, 200 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island. BPA Box Office hours are 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and one hour prior to each performance.

Each youth receives free admission when accompanied by a paying adult thanks to the “Youth in Music Initiative” funded by Wicklund Dental.
