June 2018 BPA Gallery: “Spectrum”
Oil paintings by Elyse Cregar
First Friday Art Walk: Friday, June 1 @ 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.; Exhibit runs throughout June

Join us in the BPA Gallery June 1 for an artist reception and an enjoyable evening of art and friends. Combining her love of travel and painting, Elyse Cregar's oil paintings reflect her love of light – from the vibrant golds of the Jurassic Coast cliffs in Dorset, to the shimmering glaciers of the Olympic Mountains, from English thatched roofs to flower-draped picket fences. Juried in as a Signature Member of the Marblehead Arts Association in Marblehead, Massachusetts in 1995, Cregar more recently has been a professional muralist in northern Idaho. Ready for the perfect weather of the Pacific Northwest, she is now a permanent resident of Poulsbo. She says, "As these scenes have captured my fancy, I hope they will capture yours as well.” IMAGE: "The Brothers, Olympic Peaks", oil. From a photograph by Avery Caudill
