Meeting facilities are appropriate for corporate events, lectures, and company or community presentations. BPA administers a range of meeting facilities, which include Hodges Hall, with a seating capacity of 245; the C. Keith Birkenfeld Lobby, with a seating capacity of 60 for a recital or lecture with chairs, or 90 for a reception; and the C. Keith Birkenfeld Educational Annex, which offers 900 square feet of additional space for meetings, rehearsals or classes.

From a simple microphone and podium for a speaker to the full production complexity of a dance or theatrical performance, BPA's technical staff is ready to facilitate the process of setting up the event. This includes answering questions about the capabilities of the venue, providing estimates on how much time a specific request might take, and working with the renter's production personnel to implement the event.
BPA's experienced production staff is also available for event planning, stage management and design services. These professional services represent the combined experiences of the production staff and fees will be negotiated individually based on the desired area of expertise and complexity.
