fall faculty showcase

Bainbridge Dance Center presents its second fall faculty showcase, a diverse and entertaining production featuring choreography and performance by BDC faculty as well as companies they direct. Faculty members BryAnn Bingham, Steve Casteel, Kristen Legg, Jill Leversee, Gary Reed, and Kiplinn Sagmiller will present works from their repertory. Companies include OaklanDrive directed by Jill Leversee and Marlo Martin, and Redd Legg Dance directed by Kristen Legg. Also included is a film collaboration between island filmmaker, Samuel Kuhn and BryAnn Bingham. Sam is a BHS graduate well know for his innovative skate, snowboarding and art films.

Over the years, BDC has presented four faculty shows at BPA and is proud to feature the professional abilities of its teachers. Exhibiting a broad background of ballet, jazz, and modern techniques, the faculty represents the current Seattle dance community at its very best. The program also showcases BDC's Advanced Repertory students in a new piece choreographed by Jill Leversee.

This production is appropriate for families with the material most likely of interest to children beginning at age eight.
