Led by BPA’s management "triumvirate" - Managing Director Susan Sivitz, Artistic Director Steven Fogell, and Director of Operations Kim Failla - BPA stages more than 70 productions per year. BPA is supported by nine full-time and part-time administrative and production personnel, and four program coordinators. Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra is supported by five part-time staff members plus Music Director David Upham.
BPA's Board of Trustees, a group of more than 12 community leaders, is entrusted with fiscal responsibility for the organization. A seven-member Advisory Board lends more support, with an even wider base of experience and expertise.
BPA employs hundreds of volunteers who tirelessly contribute more than 1500 hours annually to vital roles behind the scenes.
BPA offers an internship program to augment staff as well as support and train future professionals. BPA is always striving to broaden its pool of directors, production artists, and Theatre School instructors.
